We appealed the DNS/SEPA on the draft 2020 Comprehensive Plan and Development Regulations and hired the land use law firm of Bricklin & Newman, LLC to develop our appeal. The Hearing Examiner’s decision is public record and available to all to read.
The County can appeal to the Supreme Court the Hearing Examiner’s decision. This appeal would have to take place before the deadline of February 21, 2022.
