There are more good reasons to fill out and mail-in your ballot than there is to throw the unopened ballot in the trash and say, “my vote doesn’t count, anyway.” Voting is the one opportunity to make our voices heard by public officials and, hopefully, make a change.
We should be excited about voting and learning about the candidates and the issues. The results may not always be what we want them to be, but they never will be if we don’t vote.
“In all, voting is a constitutional right and privilege that Americans have. It’s best to make use of that right instead of squandering it and disregarding what our Founding Founders stood for.”
Responsible Growth * NE Washington does not support a party or a candidate. We do encourage folks to register to vote and to get out and vote in November.
