Join Earth Ministry at this conference for faithful advocacy during Legislative Session. The theme for this year’s gathering is to “Inform, Inspire, & Involve
Earth Ministry is happy to once again be leading the workshop on environmental issues.
The conference will include a panel discussion on how a religious grounding helps generate policies that improve lives and society. The afternoon will have various workshops, as well as an overview of issues coming before the 2019 Washington State Legislature, and a presentation on tools for effective advocacy.
The Fig Tree partners with Earth Ministry, Catholic Charities of Eastern Washington, the Faith Action Network of Washington, the Spokane District of the Pacific Northwest United Methodist Conference, Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia the NAACP for this event.
